The 9 Progress Wheels
The Progress Wheels rotate clockwise. The spiral is raised on one side of the wheel, while the reverse side is smooth. They represent acceleration and support forward movement in growth – in a positive direction.
Each Sunrise Wheel has its own duration of effect when worn outside of a session. A wearing time of 15 minutes is recommended, followed by a 15-minute pause before reuse
This cycle can be repeated as often as needed
Note: Sunrise Energy Wheels should not be applied to the heart, neck, or head area. They are best used below the chest or in the hands. This Wheel should never conclude a session
